How EasySalary, a product of Gayatri Software, may be used.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EasySalary (the "Service"), a payroll and attendance management application owned and operated by Gayatri Software ("Gayatri Software", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, registering an organisation, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Last updated: 13 Aug 2026EasySalary is a payroll-only, multi-tenant web application that helps organisations manage employee records, attendance (manual or via linked biometric devices), holidays, week-offs, and payroll generation. The Service is provided by Gayatri Software.
EasySalary can optionally connect to third-party biometric attendance devices linked to your organisation. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required under applicable law before enrolling employees' biometric data on such devices. Attendance punches synced from devices are used solely to compute attendance and payroll for your organisation.

You retain ownership of the employee, attendance, and payroll data you input into the Service ("Customer Data"). Gayatri Software processes Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or biometric device connectivity issues may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for payroll delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gayatri Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account or organisation that violates these Terms, fails to pay applicable fees, or poses a security risk to the Service or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having competence over Gayatri Software's registered place of business.
